Ronnie is a veteran executive in the lawn care industry. He started his career in 2006 treating lawns, trees, and shrubs throughout middle Tennessee. He went on to manage a lawn care company and was brought to Pure Turf to help design and implement the best services possible. When he’s not better serving you, he’s spending time with his wife, Jodie, and sons, Luke and Thomas.

David is originally from Tuscaloosa, AL and moved to Nashville in 2001 to play baseball for Lipscomb University. After graduation and a few years in banking, it was time to start a new venture. Having spent many years on the diamond and being an avid golfer, he developed an appreciation for high quality turf. He turned that passion into a profession, founding Pure Turf in 2007. When out of the office he’s usually on the golf course, hunting, fishing or watching college football. He and his wife Paige are blessed with two kids, Charlotte & Foster.

Sean comes to us from the golf course industry, where he found his passion for working in turf, as an Assistant Superintendent in Training. He moved to Nashville in 2012 from Arizona to play on the mens golf team at Belmont University. Away from work, Sean enjoys spending time with his Wife Lexie, playing golf, and coaching high school football.

Ashley is a Nashville native. She attended Auburn University and graduated in 2007. She is a big football fan and an avid reader. When she’s not handling all things administrative for Pure Turf, she’s either reading a good book or spending time with her husband, Drew, and their dog, Roxy.

Chris, a middle TN native, has been working in the lawn care industry since 2017. He takes great pride in witnessing the transformation of lawns into beautiful, plush outdoor living spaces. When he's not busy tending to lawns, Chris likes to spend quality time with his family, which includes his wife, Jessica, and daughter, Fiona, as well as their three dogs. In his leisure time, Chris enjoys playing golf.

Mike is originally from Oregon and only been in the Nashville area a short time. It has quickly become home to him and he plans to live here a long time. When outside of work he is at the gym, Hanging out with family, or playing sand volleyball.

Daniel is a Tennessee native but moved to Nashville in 2018 to pursue a career in sports turf. Since then, he has turned his focus to home lawns and loves serving the local communities! Outside of work, Daniel enjoys playing many recreational sports and spending time with his fiancé, Alexis. He can also often be found at local sporting events, live music venues, or playing trivia!

Wyatt is originally from Collierville, TN and moved to Nashville in January of 2022 after graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a major in soil science. He entered the lawn care industry beginning in February of 2022 and gained valuable turf management experience in both Nashville and Chattanooga. Prior to moving to Nashville, he worked in the golf course industry and gained experience in chemical sales.In his spare time, Wyatt loves anything outdoors, enjoys staying active, and practices his Christian faith.

A Manchester, TN native, Trae grew up at the golf course, watering greens in the summer, keeping the Bent grass greens cool.  He graduated from Middle TN State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science and entered the lawn care business in 2016. He shares a mutual vision with the customer to meet and exceed expectations, making their lawns beautiful for their family to enjoy.

In his off time, he enjoys being with his kids, Ava and Trent. He also loves fox hunting, swimming and working on the farm.
